🎟️ How to Claim Your Donations
Follow these simple steps to claim your donation rewards:
1️⃣ Get Your Donation Code
After sending your donation information to our Facebook Page, you’ll receive a unique Donation Code (e.g., 1K01-ABCD-EFGH).
2️⃣ Visit the Donation Manager NPC
Find the Donation Manager NPC inside the Main Hall.
Choose "Redeem Donation Code" from the menu.
3️⃣ (Optional) Enter a Streamer Code
If you have a Streamer Code, enter it when prompted to support your favorite streamer!
If you don’t have one, you can skip this step.
4️⃣ Redeem Your Donation
Input your Donation Code (e.g.,
1K01-ABCD-EFGH).You’ll receive Proof of Donations (PODs) via RoDEX.
5️⃣ Redeem Bundled Packages
Select "Redeem Promotional Code" from the Donation Manager menu.
Input the same Donation Code (e.g.,
1K01-ABCD-EFGH) to receive any bundled packages.
