🏭 Tonic Crafting Guide
⏳ Duration: Each Tonic lasts 10 minutes.
🎯 Usage: Tonics are usable only on PVE, PVP, and BG maps.
🐟 Fish Conversion:
Trade 7,500 stat points (calorie points) for 3 to 10 Tonics of that stat.
Each fish gives points toward a specific stat.
Points are stored by the NPC for convenience!
